* Every mechanics should have their technical manual on hand in the event of any complicated breakdown occurs, immediate reference could be made to reduce the downturn of the equipment. To have a chart to monitor the progress of the machine repair for the mechanics in order to access their time spend on the detailed work carried out. By way of this progress monitoring the mechanics are able to time their job carefully and also any re-work on the repair job can be reduced or avoided. Improved work process reduces cost on re-work, delayed repairs and minimal wastage on labour, materials and other resources. (de Menezes, Wood & Gelade, 2010) - Improve in speed, quality and cost.

* Establish Plan maintenance CSA (Customer Support Agreements) for customers to gain their confidence on competitive pricing. Those customers have engaged in this CSA program will be given priority for their machine breakdowns which will improve in flexibility and dependability.

* To standby mechanics and parts to support high unit of machines operating 24 hours under mega projects in construction sector at customer's site. These will improve the cost and time, hence gaining customer's confidence to build lasting relationship.

* To provide easy access of parts and services to customers at all branches with flexible credit terms to improve in speed. Notwithstanding that customer should also be given the online linking to parts and service orders for them to access while they are being stationed at remote areas.

* To consistently upgrade workshop and tools to support the latest CAT models repair jobs and speed up the existing work process.

* To conduct seminar and trainings for customer on the machine capabilities and latest development from the industrial support thru distribution of leaflets or brochures to improve in dependability.

Six Sigma is a methodology developed by Motorola in 1986 as a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. In 2005 Motorola attributed over US$17 billion in savings to Six Sigma. Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimising variability in manufacturing and business processes. The methodology of Six Sigma was inspired by Deming's Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle were referred as DMAIC phrase (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control)
