Executive Summary

J&D Set up is a business that deals with automobiles. We provide many services that deals with cars. One service is car repairs, we repair cars for customers that are looking for a cheaper place to repair their cars, but at the same time at high quality. Instead of going to the usual dealerships that tend to over charge, customers could come to us to have their cars repaired. Another service is tuning. This is for the speed demons. People who want their cars to go fast. We offer them with a wide range of products, from rims, to cold air intakes, to mufflers, to even port and polishing engines for better performance. We also provide them with car audio systems. Systems that consumers could only see in magazines and the tv. We will have mechanics that specialize in all these services provided for the consumer. Our shop will also sell accessories for the cars, such as tint, street glow lights, and any kind of car modification kits.

The top management is very experienced in this business. They will be able to answer any kind of questions that customers may ask and they will be able to provide what the customers need at prices that the customer could afford.

Mission Statement

J&D Set up is determined to provide the best service of car modifying in the world, that we will make customers coming back wanting for more.

Marketing Strategy

Location

J&D Set up will be located on the Triesterstrasse in the 23rd district. It will be a big sized shop where there is enough parking and in case it is too full in our compound, there will be so much parking located in the side of the streets of the Triesterstrasse. Public transportation is very accessible

to this location, but the location is fairly far from the zentrum, since this shop deals only with cars, all customers will have cars to get to this location, which is not a problem. This location is also where most car dealers and car repairs are located.

The negative side of this location is that it is far, but taking distance inot

consideration this ship is one of a kind in Vienna. So customers will be willing to make the drive to this location.

It is very possible that our business will expand. The main point is that we will not move to a new location. If expansion is considered then we would just open up another shop in a new location. Mechanics and electric specialists will be hired.

Target Market

J&D Set Up mainly targets young drivers ranging from the ages of 17 to 35. This is the target with large disposable income, people who like to spend. The other target is the higher level income population. The people with high income that like to suit up their cars. This target are people mostly living in Vienna.

Our target will consist of people that love their cars. People who love to listen music in their cars with the best kind of quality. People who love to drive fast or race. People whos spend most of their time their cars.

J&D Set UP's target market would love to look good in their cars. We are able to provide that service for them. We can provide the parts for their cars that they want and need. For the people who love to listen to music in their cars we can provide them with the best kind of sound system in their car according to their budget. For those who like to go fast, we could provide them with the best kind of turbo kits that they could afford.

Since J&D Set Up business focuses on two target markets there will be different spending habits between the two target markets. The high income target market will spend on their car maybe once a year or maybe even more, depending on what they buy. The young drivers could spend on their cars once every four months. The extreme spenders would spend once a month or even spend before and after every race.

SWOT ANALYSIS

J&D Suit up will have many indirect competition as well as a few direct competitions. The direct competition mainly is the small shops around Vienna where they offer the same parts and services as we do. These shops are located around Vienna, but each shop is small and does not have a lot to offer compared to our business. The indirect competition deals with big companies that compete with sections of what our business has to offer such as tuning, car repairs, car set ups, and car audio. Such big companies are Saturn, Cosmos, and the car dealers located all over Vienna.

Strength

J&D Suit up has many strengths. First of all, our main strength is our services. We offer services that no other business in our related field offers. We provide consumers with the best products that they would not be able to find in other stores. We have parts from all over the world, for all different kind of cars. For parts that are not available, we give the customer a choice of a substitute that is just as good or by letting them order the product from our business which we guarantee that we can get. The pricing for our products and services will also be much cheaper than our competitors. We will provide our customers with cheap prices and high quality performance.

Another strength is our location and the size of our shop. Our shop will be located in the 23rd district where parking is free. Our shop space will be big enough so that our customers may also park inside our compound. Unlike our direct competition, we do our installment and repairs of parts in the garage that we have. Our competition lets their customers look for their own parking and does installment and repairs at the side of the street which is very inconvinient. Our shop can be easily located.

Another strength would be the value our business would give to our customers. We would treat every customer as if he or she is the most important customer that we have. We would cater to their needs and wants. Provide each customer the best of what their money is worth. The employees such as the top management and mechanics will build a good relationship between them and the customers. Customers feel better when they can have conversations with the management. The top management will also see to it that customers are always comfortable and always be there if they have any questions.
