Paragraph Writing

The first step in a writing approach is, reading the assignment carefully as soon as you receive it. Think of a topic and know what you want to write about that particular topic. A good topic should contain the topic sentence and controlling idea. Next write an outline of the paragraph and include the topic and  supporting information to  make sure your paragraph has meaning by illustrating your points with relevant information and add a concluding sentence. Concluding sentences provides help in ensuring that your paragraph is unified. The last steps in paragraph writing, just so happens to be my favorites. Proofreading and revision. These steps include: reading your paper out loud, to make sure it makes sense. Ask yourself questions. Also look over your paper a final time before submitting it. In addition, ask your instructor about anything you do not understand, to ensure accuracy. I personally feel my approach is similar to the writing process outlined in my texts, because I use the same approach just in a different order.

There are several serious health hazards directly linked to drinking. The link between drinking and disease is well known. As well drinking is linked to other diseases like liver and kidney. Drinkers also have a greater risk of brain failure later on in life. This is evidence in recent court cases in the USA where drinkers have been awarded damages from alcohol companies. Furthermore, there is substantial research that even passive drinking can have long term effects on health. Clearly drinking is a dangerous habit and should be avoided.
