Explanation of the Visuals I will use:

I chose many visuals for my News You Can Use Project such as, a transparency, and a poster. The Transparency shows a political cartoon showing the control the Republican, the elephant; have over the Democrats, the donkey. The Republicans are the majority in the Legislature, Executive, and probably the Judicial Branch. I chose this political cartoon to explain why President Bush should have an easier time passing the Intelligence Reform Bill Legislation because, since he is in favor of the idea, and most of the Republicans are for it, it should be easy for the legislation to be passed. But somehow the legislation isn't go as smoothly as it seems. There seems to be much opposition in which the opposers want a stricter definition of dealing with the intelligence. The opposers want the bill changed to stop states from issuing driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. There are also many reasons of other opposers that will stall the legislation. The important parts of the legislation is that the bill would create a National Intelligence director to ride herd over the CIA, NSA, parts of the FBI, and other sorts of intelligence agencies. The director would have authority and also the power to design and implement the unified computer network. Bush have a wary opinion of the reform, in which
