This report is based on performance and compensation structure of Saffire Consulting Group.
Saffire Consulting Group offers a broad portfolio and business solutions to help its worldwide clients to improve their business performances. There are more than 100 courses in our recruitment training program, and all of them are based 100% on our own best practices and ongoing innovation
The HR Consulting industry has a very high potential when it comes to growth and development of any company. The organizations in this industry play a vital role in the functional part of society as we know it. To understand the inner workings of such organizations, this report explains the overall Compensation, Benefits & Performance Appraisal Structure of Saffire Consulting Group that is currently operated in Pakistan.
In our study we have found that on most indicators it focuses on how one of the HR Consulting Firm (Saffire Consulting Group) provide compensation and benefits structure and also performance appraisal to retain good pool of resource by motivation, commitment and willingness.

In saffire consulting group job analysis is use to find out the duties and requirement of the particular job. Saffire consulting group is not a big organization so there is no so much long process of job analysis. In job analysis they prepare job description and job specification. On that base they conduct interview or hiring process.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Saffire consulting group conduct two type of interview.
- Telephone Interview:
In telephone interview they check out communication skills, qualifications, work experience, voice quality. On that base they hire the employee
- Panel Interview:
In panel interview they find out personality, learning potential, qualification work experience, background, ability and attire. They hire the employee on these bases.
