The value of having "rEsource," learning teams, and a problem-based learning curriculum is significant to the MBA program in that each student must comprehend each aspect of the program in order to succeed. To understand each aspect of the program, students are required to learn the fundamentals of problem-based learning. At the core of problem-based learning are the three fundamentals: effective rEsource utilization, working effectively in teams, and knowing how to solve a problem using critical thinking. The value of rEsource is simple. All the tools needed in the MBA program are available at one's fingertips. In addition, by working in learning teams, students can benefit from learning from each other and become effective leaders and role players. Furthermore, problem-based learning allows students to think critically and to solve problems. All these aspects are vital to a student's success in the MBA program.

In order to see the benefits of the rEsource link, one merely needs to log onto the University of Phoenix website. There, one has access to the University Library, the Center for writing excellence, the learning team toolkit, and many other useful links. These links allow a student the ability to have a successful experience in the MBA program because each resource will help them through each MBA course. Understanding the usefulness of rEsource will significantly increase a student's chance of success in the MBA program.

The Value of Learning Teams
