PERSONAL STRENGTHS ANALYSIS FORM

NAME: _____Wei Sun______________________________

SELF-ASSESSMENT

Before sending the email to get feedback from others, take a few moments to think about your strengths – the qualities and characteristics that distinguish you from others. What are the things you do really well?

My top three (3) strengths:

  1. Being Honest
  2. Having positive attitude towards difficulties.
  3. Being ambitious towards future life.

The reasons I think these are my strengths:

  1. I regard myself as honest because I never tell lies to others no matter for what reasons. I always try to tell the truth even it may hurt the other people. But bad true words are better than nice false words.
  2. I am quite optimistic and always keep positive attitude when difficulties come. I know being sad or negative would not resolve the problem and that’s a waste of time. Contrarily, providing positive attitude may come up with creative ideas to confront the difficulties and then solve it.
  3. I am an ambitious person with great future dreams in terms of my career path and my personal life because I always assign myself several tasks within limited period in order to accomplish or realize what I want. Although I cannot perform all of them well, I try my best and then find the reasons why it fails. Thus I get improved and maybe have a better plan for next opportunity.
