Teachers know when students plagiarize. It's embarrassing to pretend that you've written something when you haven't. It's also a waste of teachers' time to read work that does not belong to you. It's also important to remember that in most colleges and universities, students are dismissed for cheating and will be hard-pressed to gain admission to another college after being kicked out for plagiarism.
I am so glad to hear that you hosted a party for Kevin to tell his stories about his LASP experience. I think you are right in saying that it was good that he had his own experience...still with my occasional mentioning of his awesome cousins and our funny anecdotes here and there ;)
I got an e-mail from Alvaro who is apparently back in Costa Rica, living in the Tibas area. I invited him to come to church again but he said he had to decline because your host mom in Espino passed on December 8th, so they are in mourning. I am sorry to be the one to deliver the news (if you did not know it already). Unfortunately, I do not have any more details as to how it happened.
I am singing in my third wedding this semester on Saturday. Maybe this wedding Singer Syndrome is contagious after all;)

Sergio left for the States yesterday and I am supposed to be house-sitting, but since my Paulette and Franklin are staying at Paulette's place, I will be going back and forth between the two houses.
