To show a comparison, women dissatisfied for their low part of body, such as the hips, waist, thighs and legs, on contrary, most men consider that the abdomen is the most priority part to be fitted. Nowadays, a number of men spend a lot of time and money going to the gym for weight training, probably because that men attempt to develop substantial muscles to make the image and feeling of strong men can be more obviously spread out. The benefits of weight training include greater muscular strength, improved muscle and become stronger. Therefore, to the people who want to gain the strong muscle on the abdomen, gym is as fantastic as paradise where can make men's dreams come true. As for women, it has been proved that women in Taiwan are unable to accept the pear-shaped body which means that the hip measurement is greater than the bust measurement. The women of this body type tend to have a relatively larger rear, thicker thighs, and a smaller bosom. The ideal or preferred female body size and shape has varied over time and continues to vary among cultures, however, a preference for a small waist has remained fairly constant throughout history.
