Regulations are would unnecessarily impede progress and it is not important to regulate what is done to insects. (Regulation costs& life is short)

First of all, the reason of the unencessity of regulating the cockroach is because of the huge regulation costs. Nowadays, there are a lot of research project cannot be successfully progressed is because of the allocation of funds. Also, it is well- known that the cockroach is one of the most serious pest in the insects. As a result, both governments and individuals should consider putting the money into the insect research field, but not the pest regulation. It is unnecessary to spend plenty of money in pest regulation. On the other hand, according to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary’s statistics, between 2013 to 2014, there were 48.1 million dollars spent on projects that prevent the spread of plant pests and diseases that threaten America's agriculture economy and the environment. Therefore, without any doubts, it is a waste of money that investing money in cockroach (pest) regulation.

What’s more, the lifespan of cockroach is another reason that illustrate the unencessity of cockroach regulation. Although the vitality of cockroach is very strong, actually, its lifespan is comparatively short.
