Introduction
This report will depict the reasoning on the services this organisation will provide, explaining the markets and customers we would ideally attempt to target, and showing our initial ideas in a spider diagram. (See appendices)
We are a business within the cosmetics alteration and augmentation market. The main services we provide are Liposuction, Dental aesthetics, optical corrective laser eye surgery and BOTOX.
Our services will be evaluated later throughout this report categorised by 'Boston matrix'.
The Business
NTCS adopt cosmetic alterations/augmentations, dental aesthetics, optical treatment and BOTOX facial aesthetics.
The business will be privately owned as all the above procedures would not be covered by the NHS, this means targeting higher earning individuals.
As referred to in the Spider diagram situated in the appendices, NTCS's main source of income would come from our liposuction clinic, this is the "cash cow" as the product is still in growth and gaining credibility. Liposuction is a costly procedure and but prices are variable.
Wild Cat, dentistry aesthetics as the procedures are very expensive for customers and businesses as only educated and experienced dental surgeons are necessary to provide the quality the industry demands.
Corrective optical laser surgery is our "Star" as the procedure is growing in demand rapidly, it is very short, taking no longer than ten minuets in operation, yet its is expensive.
BOTOX facial aesthetics, a "Dog" as the procedure is common and demand is declining and possible clients go elsewhere for better prices.
