Results from the Questionnaire

According to results from the questionnaire, we can find that five out of six students have difficulty in switching different roles they are in, which means they now are facing identity crisis. However, only one of them think it is threatening, while others consider it a normal phenomenon.
When it comes to independence/dependence struggle, half of interviewees depend on their parents to a certain extent, no matter financially or psychologically. The rest still rely on their parents to a great extent. On the one hand students need to find a balance between study and other aspects, so they need assistance. On the other hand, college students are immature so they have to depend on parents. Also, all the interviewees realize that it is of vital importance to establish sexual identities, which refers aside from your inherent character, you should also acquire features from the opposite sex in order to develop all-roundly.
Before we step into university, we are accustomed to listening advice as well as receiving affection from elder. Nevertheless, four out of six students now aware that they should behave more like a adult and sometimes give their hands to parents. Another significant change occur in college life is you have internalized sense of worth. Five out of six interviewees agree that they should hold their beliefs and values rather than take them in blindly.
However, four out of six students admit that they have difficulty in applying the knowledge they have learnt to daily life because there is no relation between book and reality. As far as I'm concerned, they need to develop new ways to organize and use knowledge, such as participate in more social activities, which also help them accept both similarity and difference of people who come from other region.
In conclusion, college is a place where key changes happen. Threatening the changes may be, we need to face them bravely and objectively because pessimistic mood do no help. As long as we found solutions and solve them patiently, we will become world citizen.
