Review of Results

Through the first four periods of our Markstrat decision making, we have been very pleased with the results we have seen. From the very beginning, our products have been headed in the right direction. After period one, our products SONO and SOLD have been near the top in most categories including market share and brand awareness. We believe that our success can be attributed to many factors. Some of the key factors include our teamwork with one another, our research and analysis of the market, and our timely decision making.

Our team has taken this simulation very seriously and we have spent a good amount of time making our decisions and analyzing the market to see where our products best fit in. This has allowed us to target the correct consumers and gain a large market share with both of our products initially. We have also spent considerable time looking at all of the marketing research studies we bought, and that has guided us in making production and price decisions. On top of this, we work very well with one another and always respect each other's opinions when it comes to what would be best for our products. This openness has led to key contributions and ideas from each team member at different times.

With a new product on the horizon, we feel that at this point our team is definitely headed the right way. We hope to build on the teamwork we each have shown, and we are optimistic about the future of our brands.
