Romeo & Juliet Basic Summary

Montague servants confront Capulet noblemen in a street and the start a sword fight. It is broken up by the Prince who says that they next person to fight shall be killed.
Benvolio confronts Romeo about him not being present at the fight in the street. Romeo tells Benvolio about Rosaline not liking him. Romeo is depressed.
Romeo and Benvolio see guest list to a Capulet party and see Rosaline's name. Benvolio suggests Romeo get her back there.
At the party, Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, notices Romeo there and wants to fight but Lord Capulet says no. Romeo notices Juliet and pulls her into an empty corner of the room. They talk and they kiss.
Juliet finds out Romeo is a Montague and Romeo finds out Juliet is a Capulet.
Romeo stays after the party and sneaks into the Capulet's orchard and tries to confront Juliet. He sees her and listens to her talk. Then he speaks to her and prepossess to her. She accepts and they are to be married the next day.
Romeo finds Friar Lawrence and asks them to marry himself and Juliet. Friar apprehensively agrees in hope of ending the feud of the two families.
Juliet sends her nurse to find Romeo the next day in the town square. He tells her to tell Juliet to meet her in Friar Lawrence's cell.
He marries them.
Tybalt and Mercutio fight in street. Romeo blocks Mercutio from fighting and Tybalt slays him from the side and he dies. Romeo then slays Tybalt. Since Romeo killed Tybalt, and Tybalt was to be killed anyway for killing Mercutio, Romeo is banished from Verona.
Juliet is in morn over Romeo's banishment. Friar Lawrence gives Juliet a potant to put her in a coma for three days until Romeo can come from Mantua.
Juliet's family finds her and thinks she's dead. Romeo's servant Balthasar hears the news and tells Romeo. Romeo doesn't know about the potant and thinks she is dead. He buys a poison from a beggar and leaves for Verona.
Romeo breaks into the mausoleum where Juliet is and drinks the poison. Seconds after he does, Juliet wakes up. Juliet takes Romeo's dagger and stabs herself.
