Choose a product you have bought recently. Trace and explain the buying process you have gone through in the following order.

Steps in buying process:

1. There was a need to buy an mp3 as the previous one was stolen at work. Therefore, I need to find one replacement. The mp3 was usually during the travelling time to work or school.

2. The previous mp3 I've been using was bought from creative. I trust the brand and the brand usually give a year warranty. Plus, most of my family members were also using that brand. Usually, there are a few creative warehouse sales in a year. Therefore, I saw an advertisement in the newspaper and I waited till the sale date.

3. There were two alternatives, both of the same brand but they had different pricing. The 1st one was Creative Zen Vision W 60GB. It cost $599 sin. The 2nd choice was Creative Zen V plus 8GB. It cost $299 sin.

4. In the end, the product that was chosen was the 2nd choice which is the Creative Zen V plus 8GB. It cost me $299 sin. When I queue at the counter for payment and selection, there were many people way ahead of me getting the same model. It was an unexpected turnout. Therefore, I was very satisfied and happy with the choice I made and choose.

5. After that, I was told to go home and charge the mp3 first for eight hours. I was quite pleased that I did not have to spend any more money on buying batteries as the previous model needed. The software was installed in to the computer before you start loading music into your mp3. However, the mp3 need an USB cable to connect to the computer so it's very hard to store documents anywhere anytime. After I started using, I could not see videos in my mp3 as the screen is very small.
