Sam Project Lead

In addition to the position of Assistant, she is the onsite Project Lead employees. Responsible for working with Application Team Members to ensure that all deliverables are met and all issues addressed, to as a liason between the federal client and and overseeing and monitoring timecard validation process for all team members.

b. Works thoroughly with Senior Leadership within the organization to accomplish assigned tasks and ensure that all deliverables are met.

c. Provides assistance on Special Projects assigned by while offering the highest ethical and organizational responsibility that aids in the protection of the sensitivity of her position, and all of DHS.

d. Proactively fosters positive working relationships with all internal and external clients by maintaining an open and effective communication with all levels of leadership within DHS.

e. Process and approves travel arrangements using "Fed Traveler" for the all of staff.

f. Interacts daily with executive level members of external agencies.

g. Oversees the preparation, editing and assembling of high level sensitive/classified reports and briefings for meetings and presentations.

h. Attend meetings as directed by the Director, NSD

i. Coordinates with IT staff to provide support services for printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other IT equipment as required.

j. Assists in the editing and execution of both classified and unclassified written correspondence with varying levels of complexity
