Seeing Homosexuality in Nowadays

This is a story about the homosexual story between two men by American author, Annie Proulx. However, in 2005, as a result of adapting this story for the film of the same name by Ang Lee, this was well-known around the world. Recently, the homosexual issues have aroused increasing public awareness, and these issues are highly debated and have intrigued heated discussion. People who are in this community seek for their rights in the society despite of their sexual orientation and gender identity. They hold streets marches, protests, and parades to achieve their rights of social equality and to seek the respect from society. Mass media expresses homosexuality: "While more and more homosexual people parade on the street, the screen in theatres is showing more and more movies about homosexuality as well. No matter is the plot, the script or the story, people may accept it or not, occasionally, it is movie that alters people's point of seeing view for things." Walter Kirn, New York: "A stand-out story...Brokeback Mountain is the sad chronology of a love affair between two men who can't afford to call it that. They know what they're not -- not queer, not gay -- but have no idea what they are." These shows again that in 21st century, people have rights to speak up for themselves and pursuit what they want. In the reality, it makes people wonder how the crowds think of homosexuality while they really exist in our life.
