I am writing a review of the set of instructions that describes how to lose weight safely. This set of instructions in probably the most respected out of the entire list because it is coming from the U. S. Food and Drug Administration. There are some good points in the instructions but there are also some points that aren't as clear. The usability of the instructions is pretty good, it gives different ways and example that are useful to people who have never tried to lose weight, as for the completeness, I don't feel that the instructions really tell the user everything that they may need to do, such as: how long to do the diet, and how to realize if they have done too much in trying to lose the weight. The way that the instructions are set up is also a little off, they are not really in any certain order, and there is no flow that goes along with the instructions. The most important aspect of this set of instructions is where it tells the user to consult with their doctor in order to set sensible goal for themselves. There are no visuals in the set of instructions, and there aren't many ways to put visuals in a set of instructions like this one, but if there was a picture of the nutrition information panel, that shows how many calories, protein, fat, etcĂ'..., it would be easier for the user to tell which foods the instructions mean when it says, "low in fat and calories". Another thing that the set of instructions failed to realize that people have different metabolisms, therefore it cannot guarantee the amount of weight that will be lost in a certain amount of time. I liked the list on how to cut fats and calories, that is a very useful tool in a set of instructions on a topic as like this one. Overall I think this set of instructions is pretty good; there is a lot of good information as well as great tips on things related to losing weight, such as how to approach the concept of diet pills, and how to safely take them.
