Social Contract

All members of Team GrowHaus hereby commit to being responsible team players of the Enterprise Solution class, and to doing whatever it takes to foster continuous learning and growth as a group.

While creating this Social Contract, all of us have been engaged in a collective brainstorming process on how to best stay committed towards our group. Listed below are the rules that outline our commitment to the class and to each other:

• We will have clarity of roles. Before working on any assignments or projects, each member of the group will have clear individual and group goals to meet.

• We will manage our time wisely and follow strict deadlines. We will meet once before the deadline to discuss any issue(s) that have arised.

• We all agree that our role in the social contract is to live up to our agreements, to continue becoming valuable contributors in our class as well as outside of it, as responsible professionals.

• We recognize that it is our obligation to know what tasks and expectations have been developed by the class and our professor. We understand that we have a right to voice our opinions on any rule, task, or expectation at any time. Consequently, we accept that once they have all been established, it is our responsibility to abide by them.
