Introduction: I have completed my Three-year Bachelor of Arts course from Andhra University вЂ"AP-INDIA. I graduated in the year 1987 with Specialisation in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. I did my Masters Degree in Public Personnel Management from Osmania University. Subsequently I did Post Graduate Diploma In Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and Labour Welfare and I acquired another Post Graduation in LLB from Osmania University during my career progression, many of my courses and professional activities were in the field of Human Relations Management with a strong focus on Industrial Relations scenario and HR operational management.
When i was at graduation itself, I considered a career in the field of Management. The desire to study the higher courses in the related field was my thought however due to financial background I bound to start my career. My undergraduate education has not only given me certain set of skills but has also helped me understand my fields of interest and my academic strengths and weaknesses. This understanding has made me realize that the job experience can give only limited scope of growth. In particular, I am interested in strategic aspects of Business and Resources management. This interest developed during my early days of career in which I explored the relationship between organisational strategy and productivity improvement. I continued my career in various sub classifications with in HR domain and proved my commitment on job and could reach certain level of career succession in a reputed corporate House in India I.e., TATA’s.
However in professional front being attained certain level in career hierarchy [I.e. the Sr Management strata] now I knew that I must have a Business School academic strength that can give me considerable footing and knowledge without which attaining further growth in corporate circles would become so remote. Hence I took the opportunity and time when my spouse relocated to UK on her job assignment, immediately decided to pursue вЂ" MBA Program.
In fact I must say that the experience and academic knowledge that I have been gaining during this course is superb and I am now very much sure of my personal and corporate growth to further heights in the coming future.
The very purpose of this personal assessment is to understand ones own self, However being a management student at this moment and further as management professional one should be very clear about what exactly the scientific process of personal assessment. This knowledge would provide further insight there by as a future leader / manager I can assess and understand the resources in my team/ group and create more powerful teams in my own domain of job.
Success in the knowledge economy comes to those who know themselves вЂ" their strengths, their values and how they best perform вЂ" Peter F Drucker

Characteristics associated with ENFJ:
Responsive and responsible. Generally feel real concern for what others think or want, and try to handle things with due regard for the other person's feelings. Can present a proposal or lead a group discussion with ease and tact. Sociable, popular, sympathetic. Responsive to praise and criticism.
A.1] Qualitative analysis of my personality type formula:
Moderately expressed extravert. Moderately expressed intuitive personality. Moderately expressed feeling personality. Slightly expressed Judging personality.
A.II] My Risk Attitude Index 76%:
The statistics show that 20% of those tested exhibit one distinctly expressed risk type (the so-called primary risk type). 70% of those tested exhibit the primary risk type and one or two less expressed (secondary) risk types. The remaining 10% exhibit only the secondary risk type or they cannot be related to any of them at all. Presence of a secondary risk type means that the traits corresponding to this type are revealed only from time to time, and as a rule in a weakly expressed form. About 5% of those tested can only be given a general description of their risky traits because they evenly and weakly exhibit features of three or four risk types. The percentage of a risk type expression reflects the strength and frequency of manifestation of the features that are inherent in the corresponding risk type.
