Since the beginning of the Starbucks, the consumers caught on rather quickly to this new concept of a coffee chain. Starbucks had a goal to establish a coffee company with high standard of coffee products, and a place to come to relax and drink this specialty brand, creating an environment for the consumers to feel if they were at home.

For Starbucks to succeed you must have a proper implementation and execution of a strategic marketing plan. With the proper positioning and identification of a target market, there are two important factors in promoting its product and services to the consumers effectively and efficiently. With the connection to the Starbuck brand, we are going to be able to carry out the success of the commercials over the years, with marketing and target strategies.

Starbucks will always consider a wide range of employees that are considered to being important to the company.

Starbucks is one of the fastest growing company in the United States. The problems that were found with Starbucks is dealing with customer satisfaction and loyalty. There were some concerns that the Starbuck were losing a lot of customers due to their connections with the company. To help with the customer's connection with the brand, there are some steps to bring back Starbucks on the right path regarding customer satisfaction, and creating a strategic marketing plan that will help the company keep in touch with the customers want.

Starbucks has been running a very good marketing plan, so they can respond to the customers' demands for better customer service and speed up the service time, making Starbucks customer friendly.

Starbucks has become a very successful company in selling coffee beans in the United States. The business strategy of Starbucks, which is the corporate level strategy since the company started, and which is one that focuses on only coffee related products in its retail stores.
