Start from the Range

It has become a routine that is extremely difficult to break and once your particular routine has developed, there is no object that lies beneath you, but the blades of grass that is walked on. Every so often I find myself parading around the Pro Shop as the invincible, the indestructible golfer of the universe. However, consistency is the name of this game. Long before I could even hold a club, I am certain I choked on a few golf balls, since this was the closest to the game, I was going to get playing at around two years old.

My father always stated, "If you suck, at least you look good." I never found the true meaning to the statement. However, I did realize golf along with all great sports was only to be mastered by dedication and by repetitive motion. Feet should then be estimated and placed shoulder with apart while laying the club head directly behind the ball as to measure the distance between your possible extension of your arms, and the actual distance that will most likely hit the target in the correct manner. Then, there is a slight moment where you grip the club while lifting your head as to envision the line that was thought out to gather necessary grip for the optimum swing speed. Once everything is set and addressed, slowly take back the golf club leaving an open faced club completely keeping your left arm extended through the backswing. While this transpires all the potential energy that is being generated with your hips and legs is eagerly turning into kinetic energy about to explode on this 3" diameter ball headway for "my main" objective.
