  1. Company Background

Spring of Joy is purified water refilling station business owned and personally managed by Ms. Johannah Canlas Ramin. She decided to build up a water business exactly in front of their own house to provide faster and promptly access in managing her business. The business started December 19, 2016 located at Malvar Street Lourdes City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The location of the store is very accessible to their target market especially to the potential customers considered as their neighbors for Spring of Joy is the only water refilling station that have build in the Barangay of  Malvar.

        

The water refilling station offers safe, clean and purified water with reasonable price. The water refilling station uses the advance technology of water reverse osmosis filtering process which it transforms the raw water to safe and clean purified water quickly.

When the business operates well and properly, they had already built a company-customer relationship to their actual customers. In addition, by help of the recommendation of their actual customers to the potential customers, Spring of Joy became more popular when it comes to delivering good products and satisfying services to their barangay which it caused them to increase their sales and improve their marketing strategies. Somehow, because of the good instances of the Spring of Joy Company they weren’t able to accommodate the number of their customer’s purchase of orders because of the small facility. They weren’t able to manage the demand of their target market which sometimes it causes delay of processing the commodities and results for unsatisfied customers.  Luckily, the Spring of Joy is planning to study and to improve the defects inside of her company. Usually, the water refilling station is open from 8am to 6pm every day Monday to Saturday.

To manage our organization and water resources to meet evolving regulatory requirements, water supply needs and customer expectations in the future.

The Product offered by Spring of Joy water refilling station is clean & safe purified water. They also offer through big container and bottled water.  They are just only  refilling bottled water but for those only walk-in.

Type of Water

Purified Drinking Water

Purified water is water that comes from any source, but has been purified to remove any chemicals or contaminants. Types of purification include distillation, deionization, reverse osmosis, and carbon filtration. Like distilled water, it has its advantages and disadvantages, the advantages being that potentially harmful chemicals may be taken out and the disadvantage being that beneficial minerals may be taken out as well.

  1. Current Production

This is the process flow of Spring of Joy water refilling station in every container have to be filled. First Picking up the unfilled container from to the house of the actual customers, then bring them to the station and start the refilling process until its ready  to delivered to the customers houses.

To help Johannah  Canlas Ramin propose a better facility layout to improve the operations management and accommodate the purchase orders of the customers.
