1. Summarize the author’s ideas on goals and objectives, empowerment, and trust.
2. Paraphrase one of the main concepts presented in the article.
3. Provide an example of a direct quote from the article.

1. Use the University Library to find at least five additional sources relevant to the topic selected for the Individual Paper on Team Dynamics. Create an APA Reference page listing these five sources as well as the article, “Calling a Team a Team Doesn't Mean That It Is: Successful Teamwork Must Be a Way of Life” from the Learning Team Toolkit.
