After World War 1 sailors were the first to input tattoos on their body. Tattoo is a picture, word or figure drawn in ink under the layer of a human or animal skin. In ancient days people would cut there skin and rub ink into the wound or they would use animal bones to tap the ink into the skin layer to make tattoos. Today technology has got more technical and better. Thomas Edison was the first man responsible for the new invention. He came up with the idea of using electric machine which looked like a stencil maker in 1876. People in the modern days use machine with needles to dig into the skin layer. Tattoos are now available with a variety of This makes it a lot easier for the professional artist and less pain for the customers. Today Washington state law constitutes that customers must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo done at professional shops. The cost of tattoos varies depending on the intricacy, size, and where the tattoo is located on the body. Tattoos can be very expensive depending on the charges for certain tattoo shops. Tattoo can play a big role for some people because they are addictive, expressive, and have positive and negative effects to people's life.

A great majority of the artist will choose to get Japanese tattoo because it has nice shadings. This can be major shadings and mix of clouds to develop a sleeve.
