Disadvantages-timeliness of some decisions were jeopardized because we obtained all group members' input (examples budgeting at the last minute. We were able to overcome this challenge by teleconferencing. During the pre campaign set up the group established a budget, but when adjustments needed to be made we started the campaign late because we needed to get everyone's input (during spring break). Monitoring and changes to the account became a challenge. The team was monitoring the account, but when changes needed to be made, we wanted the approval of the entire team, so some edits were not made as timely as we had hoped.
