Television Case

Television, also known as T.V. is an electronic device that receives television signals and displays them on a screen. Television is the mixed origin of Latin and Greek. The Greek word tele means far and the Latin word visio meaning sight. Many adults and children use T.V. in their daily life. Television comes in a box form or rectangular form. They are also in many different sizes. Plasma TVs, LCD TVs, HD TVs and many other kinds are all a different type of television.

Not just one person invented the television, but Philo Taylor Farnsworth invented the first working television. He was born on August 19, 1906 and invented the television 21 years after. He died on March 11, 1971 at the age 64. He invented the television on September 7, 1927 almost a month after his twenty- first birthday. Philo Taylor Farnsworth has invented many other things that we use today. The country television was originated was North America. It was invented so that people could be entertained by actors and actresses.

Television became widespread in 1948. It is used all over the world from India to America. People still use T.V today. It affected the quality of human life because many people used to go outside and play, but when television was first introduced the people started to sit on their couch and watch TV all day. When they did that, people didn't get their exercise their bodies needed. The way television improved life was that it made you relaxed; you weren't doing anything but sitting and watching the T.V.

Many inventions were made using the television. For instance LCD which means liquid crystal display had to be invented to make the LCD T.V. Another one is DLP which is digital light processing also used the T.V. Wireless was invented and then there was the wireless T.V. Flat screen, big screen, small screen and all kinds of other things was invented then added to the television for some flexibility in your house. Digital had to be invented so that we could have the digital television. High definition or HD had to be invented so that we were able to have H.D. T.V and without high definition, we all would have blurry pictures. Color also had to be invented so that we still wouldn't have to watch black and white T.V.
