EFFECTS OF PROBLEMS

Sometimes, there are things that occur to a person that strikes them down. Strike one, oops, he fell... Remember, that Achilles died not from a major attack, but from an arrow that was targeted to his heels, his vulnerable spot.

Mortals have their vulnerable spots. Therefore, in the same manner, we immortals possess vulnerable spots, as that of the mortals.

A cute (my friend added "cute") friend and I were reviewing outside our rooms one night. I was surprised when she told me she felt like crying. Know why? I am not used to see her cry. I am not used to see her weak. She displays the strong aura of boldness in her that I admire her for it.

Yet, at that night she displayed a different she. She cried in front of me; she did not want to cry, I know, yet she could not stop her tears from flowing from her eyes to her cheeks. I asked her why. She simply said, "Problems do make cry sometimes."

These problems, though, so tiny in some way or another affect a person's routine. These disrupt their work - their chores, their studies. These disrupt their life.

More often than not, the existence of a problem to an individual lets him to behave in the negative way. The only advantage of having problems is that it keeps an individual to struggle to life. It strengthens him, through the passage of time. Those that had not encountered having problems are weaklings.

There are physical, emotional, financial and moral problems that can inflict a person's life. Physical comes to the hurting of the body by means of whipping, pinching, scourging, scratching, beating, and even in amputations. This type also includes the addiction and abuse of an individual to vices - a).pills, marijuana, cocaine, and the like; b) chain-smoking; c) alcoholic drinking.

Emotional is the problems that hurts from within. This is caused by faulty delivering of words and careless actions. This is said to be more hurting than that of the physical because of the healing of the wounds from the beating, etc. Only time heals the problem here.

Sometimes, too much exposure to one's emotional problems may cause insanity on the part of the hurting individual. If that will be the case, the need of a psychiatrist is a must. The techniques of the psychiatrist will help the individual to learn to lighten up
