The Affects of too Much Negative Stress
According to a recent study it suggests that stress is related to 90 percent of all illness (Stress: Signs and Symptoms, Causes and Effects, 1996-2005). Stress is the "wear and tear" our bodies experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment; it has physical and emotional effects on us and can create positive and negative feelings. One thing that stress does well in a positive manor would be that it compels us into action and results in a new awareness and an exciting new prospective (stress management, 2005). Everyone at some point in time has gone through some type of stress, it can come at any time and it determines how you deal with that stress when I come that deciphers whether or not it is positive or negative. Negative stress comes in three forms; acute, episodic and chronic stress (Stress: Signs and Symptoms, Causes and Effects, 1996-2005). Many people who have stress issues may not even know that they do but simply hide them and hope that they will go away. People need to realize that stress is normal part of life and they also need to deal with stress in a positive way or it will end up really harming your mind and body after a long period of time.
There are two main types of stress, positive and negative. As said before positive stress compels into action and results in a new awareness and gives an exciting new prospective, whereas negative stress can be bad and leads to many physical and emotional problems that may seem to run your life. There are many symptoms of negative stress such as headaches, upset stomach and high blood pressure only to name a few.
