The Discrimination

I would like to be able to work in a hotel someday as it is after all what I have studied hard for. It would be a good opportunity for me to be able to join in a graduate training or management trainee program as it would give me the chance to work or within the different departments in a hotel. I could then have the chance to understand the different level of management and job scope in the hotel.

For my future career I hope to receive a full-time job as management personnel in a hotel, especially in the Food and Beverage (F&B) department or in the front office. I chose the F&B department as I have great interest in the food and beverage department. It is fulfilling to see that dishes are being deliciously prepared and served to guests. There is an immersed sense of satisfaction to see what you have come up with being treated with respect. In any case, Food and Beverage is the second important sector in a hotel.

Front office would be my second choice as it gives me a great sense of satisfaction to the first to meet guests who arrive expectantly at the hotel and be the last one to send them off. I also view it as a challenge due the need to think on the spot to meet guests~{!/~} needs.

In general, I would put all my efforts into the theoretical and practical training during the 4 years~{!/~} life in Switzerland in order to realize my future dream, hopefully to become a successful hotel manager.
