The first bear was the Etruscan Bear. These Bears came about in the middle of the Villafranchian Era. These bear were small they were about the size of a modern Asiatic Black Bear. The Giant Panda ancestors were found in Yunnan a Province in China. The primary Panda, Ailurarctos Lufengensis was considered to be like a fat fox. In the early Pleistocene Era Ailuropoda Microta, another ancestor of the Giant Panda came but they are the main ancestors.The Ailuropoda Microta was half the size of the modern Panda. The fossil teeth from the Ailuropoda Microta had evolved into omnivore like teeth because of the feeding of Bamboo. It was said that Pandas are large because of their feeding on Bamboo but it was said that the Ailuropoda Melanoleuca Wulshansis was ⅛ bigger.
In order to survive in the Arctic Grizzly Bears have went under an Adaptive Radiation. They evolved into Polar Bears. They have adapted into hunting seals and surviving extreme cold
