The Value of rEsource
Being able to access rEsource for the duration of the MBA program is very valuable to students. It's available through the University of Phoenix MyCampus web page 24 hours, 7 days a week (rEsource FAQ). It provides students with all materials, simulations, supplements, and assessments needed for their courses in an electronic format. rEsource gives students access to learning objectives for their courses. The assigned readings, quizzes, and simulations are presented in a week-by-week format allowing students to view exactly what is required and for each week. Since we are working adults and many with families, this format helps you to stay organized and focused throughout our program. The course materials that are available on the rEsource can be quickly viewed, printed, or saved to your personal computer. The material is also available to you before the start of your courses, which allows for you to become familiar with the course and to proactive in the class. You will also be able to retrieve assignments and readings from previous rEsource courses in "My rEsource." This gives the student the benefit of using prior readings and assignments to assist them in future class assignments and discussions.

This improves team members' time management and coordination skills allowing the team effectively without direct supervision (Why Teams, pg 314). Learning teams allow students to gain the skill that many organizations are looking for in their employees, which is "to work effectively as members of teams" (Learning Team Toolkit, pg 1). Learning
