Toleration of Bad Behavior?

As humans grow and develop, we learn day to day to choose from right and wrong, good and bad, and at some points what's moral and what isn't. Most people would love to believe that a human is born pure and doesn't commit "sin" or "wrong-doings" till society has an affect on him/her. Nonetheless wrong doings still occur, sometimes even at a very young age. When you leave the wretched place and walk to a cab, hr states it will be $5 per person and says he's the cheapest. When you "price shop" the other cabbies he turns out to be right, only because everyone in The Bahamas works together, it would seem, to secretly scam the American tourist.

When did such immoral behavior become so accepted into daily life? The fact of the matter is these people base their entire lives on what that particular tourist is willing to give them. If they don't sell that product their child may not eat that night. Over 95% of the country's income is from the pockets of overseas travelers. It's easy
