Trinity Church

Boston, MA

The building looks like something out of a Dracula movie. Without being able to do any research, I can only make an educated guess that the main building is made from very large granite blocks. The granite is a very light color, it's a pale pinkish gray color. The blocks must be at least 2 feet in height. Another eye catcher on the Trinity Church is the trim. Even if you did not know that the Trinity Church was a church, there is no question once you get even remotely close to the building. As I approached the church there was music in the air. The pipe organ was playing inside and you could hear it outside very clearly. Being able to hear the pipe organ outside adds to the spiritual aura that glows from the church.

The Trinity Church is unlike any other building around it. However, it is not the only tourist attraction in Copley Square. The Trinity Church shares Copley Square with the John Hancock
