The delegate of the United States of America is well aware of tribulations and dangers concerning the War on Terrorism in the Middle East. Many international soldiers have been threatened and in jeopardy in Afghanistan. However, to prevent the Taliban from taking control over the country again, troops have to be present to control the situation. The United States of America has several forces and troops currently at hand in the Middle Eastern country, and thus encourages all other countries to act and support our troops in the midst of the desert. The delegate of the United States is aware of the two South Korean soldiers who were killed and the rest of them kidnapped in Afghanistan. The government was threatened that the rest of the team would be killed if the troops would not withdraw immediately. Other countries in addition with South Korea, like Germany, are also beginning to withdraw their troops from Afghanistan. The delegate of the United States of America does not understand why they are doing so. Troops need to be present so that the powerful Taliban will leave the country alone. If all troops withdraw, the country will be at risk to be taken over again. Troops are there to help and support the country. U.S. forces are helping and supporting the reconstruction of Afghan towns and aiding the people over there. Personal hygiene kits, rice, tea, and toys have been delivered to towns in mountains and throughout the country. Many projects are also ongoing throughout various areas in the country, such as infrastructure, counter-narcotics, security needs, humanitarian relief and assistance, and many others. Human rights, including women's rights, as well as religion tolerance are always encouraged and followed.

Hence, the United States promotes aid and security for Afghanistan and persuades other countries to help out and send troops to support the forces already present in the country.
