was a newly hired department manager who was employed for just 53 days and was just terminated as of 2/11/2014. The issues surrounding my termination are extremely serious and relate to various degrees of topic,ie.inappropriate behavior from Mr.Creager.The procedural steps taken upon Becky on my firing and the way it was handled with highly personal information revealed in front of an associate named Kim whom I did not know and for the reasoning she entered the room after Becky had demonstrated hostility towards me from mismarking of shoes. I witnessed unethical business practices within several departments, shown dishonest measures of hiding deleted merchandise from 2012 that was not logged in nor made it the sales floor. Being shown how to falsifying numbers submitted to the Home Office. I cannot reveal further information thru email due to the length and severity of issues. I cannot go thru the step of command as Walmart states for complaints. The people I would meet with are involved with these issues. I have requested a call back from the H.R. person over this area, as of today my call was not returned. Concerning hidden items that would reveal the length of time merchandise remained in the receiving area and as of date not on sales floor date back to 2012, that does not include information from the departments I worked in and know of hundreds of dollars of items hidden that should have been claimed out more than 2 yrs ago. If this issues are first addressed verbally prior to inspecting the areas of interest, there will be no evidence to support these claims because I have witnessed merchandise "disappearing". As for contacting me, I am unaware of the response time for emails so in the meantime I will be contacting other individuals to notify them of matters.
