Event Coordination Agency
Purpose
The purpose of this website is to promote a central location for all client’s needs when it comes to organizing an event. All of the services will be listed in detail and potential clients will have the option to select a package or request quotes for multiple services. The services will include everything from talent booking to event coordination. Clients will benefit from these services because it will act as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all of your event needs.
Needs
It is very frustrating to put an event together if you have never organized one before. Whether it is for a corporate event, a wedding or a birthday party, having to coordinate all of the details can create havoc and eventually lead to multiple issues; thus, defeats the purpose of having a joyful event. Rather than spending that time with the coordination, the website will provide special packages in a meaningful layout, which will help the visitors navigate to their source information.
Audience
The target audience is flexible and it is really focused on a service for any type of audience looking to create a memorable event. The target age will be between 18 and 55 years of age, but can fluctuate based on the event type. The agency will primarily focus on events in the Southern California area including San Diego and Los Angeles counties. The agency’s goal is to market the website through social networks and reach 100 potential clients every month with an anticipated fallout rate of 75%. The idea of the website is to be able to get all of the information upfront in a user-friendly and readable layout, enabling clean and effective navigation user interface. Being that it is an entertainment business, we want to make the website enjoyable and fun – forcing audience to visit the site frequently even if they are not currently planning an event. Therefore, the website will include images and video clips of events where the agency has been contracted to service.

Interactive Forms
The website will have an interactive form to allow potential customers to enter their event information and the services required. The form will be dynamic, which will display only relevant fields according to the options they select. For example, the customer will not get the option to select a wedding planner if they have selected a corporate event.
