What is Justice?

Justice is defined as moral rightness, or it is punishment for a wrong committed against someone. It's based on your actions that you deserve punishment or reward and it is for those who have earned such judgment. Justice can be different in every culture, and most people think of justice as being "fair". Justice can be broken into three major points: Social, personal and supernatural. The social justice involves the government, the system of the society, legal problems, meanwhile the personal involves the culture, the ethics, discrimination, race, sexual orientation, identity, and last but not least the supernatural justice that involves God, religion and their beliefs.

Justice involves ethics, fairness and honesty. It is the constant will of giving to each person in other words what is deserve. Benchmark of righteousness is that which governs the conduct and compels us to respect the rights of others. It is the aim of promoting social justice in a social group, usually referred to justice as giving everyone what they earn, but the problem is that we are not always sure what people deserve. Good or bad acts are not easily distinguished by society because they all have different reasons.

In fact some people better informed that others, therefore they have a clearer sense of justice and also they know how to apply it in order to improve the relationship in society. We can see that the word "justice" is not always correctly used, because some people think that justice is done for the acts no matter whether they are good or bad, because every act has its consequences.

We often see that there is no equality among all people, and justice applies on different levels, therefore we can see more favorable treatment for people with power, and also we see that the word of justice is not equal for everyone, for some its compounded by discrimination, levels of society, religion, culture and more. We see that the word justice has a very large meaning but not everyone respect it, and sometimes it is unfair and does not pay according to moral acts that the person committed. Justice should base on morality but people have given a bad example and have harmed the meaning of justice. Content of the word "justice" is diminished in everyday life and does not reflect in some cases.
