For example if you pick a company as Apple you can see that every year they come up with new technologies for the I-phone and each year they add more features in them. So what we can conclude is that day by day technologies are evolving, the world is becoming more technology.
So for a phone (technology) company, training is very important, because they have to be updated to every new technology that are coming out or self-come with new technologies, because if a person who worked in a phone industry 10 years ago, he/she cannot compete with a person today that have fresh ideas and know about the new technologies that are coming out these days. Nowadays people barely call each other, now they ping each other or talk to each other via what's App For example which is a feature that for a people who do not have an blackberry and with that application they can still talk with them (sort of ping).Training is very important because it is the only way you can keep up with the world today.
As an employee training increases your job knowledge, skills, personal growth and even also expands of careers .Because nowadays company do not look for people that can be good with their hands or ability but how much they know, thus the more knowledge you have the better. This way the company can be more advance with their phones /company and it is also better with the markets. If only one company have a type of technology that no other competitors have it can be more profitability for that company and also it expands their productivity more.
