Executive Summary
The success of the Apple Inc. can be traced primarily to a single individual – founder, Steve Jobs. Jobs and his friend, Steve Wozniak founded and built Apple in to 32 billion company. Apple Inc. is differentiated by its brand perception and identification. Apple is Unique. iPod, iPhone and the iPad are mainly recognized as a source of competitive edge due to high brand awareness related to these products.
The main objective of the case study is to find, describe and analyze problems effectively. Problems can be found easily in this case study. Autocratic Leadership Style, Recruitment and Selection of Unfit employees and Taking Unnecessary Risk are three of them.
Problem 01 is the Autocratic Leadership of Jobs Steve. Because he did what he wants without asking from his subordinates, He made each and every decision without considering others ideas. He is a best example for Autocratic Leadership Style. So this problem can solve by democratic leadership style. Democratic leaders always listen to employees. Then employees will motivate and will increase company profit.
Second problem is Recruitment and Selection of Unfit employees to company. Jobs recruited John Scully. After few years Scully became the CEO and Jobs fired from his own company. These all things happened because of his unsuitable selection. We can solve this problem not only focusing education and experience but also attitudes of candidates.
Problem 03 is taking unnecessary risk. Jobs Steve invent lots of successful products. Also there were unsuccessful products like Apple III and Lisa. These failures affect to Apple Inc. and brand name. If we take a risk, first of all we should think and plan. If it is failed. There should always a plan to face it and cover it by alternative methods.
The introduction of the IOS products was the most successful era for Steve jobs and Apple Inc. Maturity of revenues now come from IOS Products. At the end of 2009, Steve Jobs was named as CEO of the decade by fortune magazine.

The story of Apple was started in 1976. Jobs Steve and Steve Wozniak founded Apple Company on April fool’s day on 1976 in a garage. Apple Inc. Headquarters located in Cupertino, California US. Apple Inc. is now an American multinational Company. Consumer electronics, Computer software, and related commercial services are their main products.
Apple was the company which released a personal computer for the first time. It was Apple I. Apple I went on sale in and market price was $666.66 from there on they started making new inventions and updates to the computers.
