With it now being 2006 the technological advances within our society are phenomenal, branching from medical technology that include life saving devices such as artificial heart valves to D.N.A evidence that convicts suppressors of justice. The same advances in technology are also prevalent for Artificial intelligence; we now have robots and machines that are partially capable of displaying and expressing human characteristics and attributes. My view of reality and the reality that is presented in Artificial Intelligence are quite parallel; basing my comparison on what is real and conceivable in our current stage of functional existence to that of the world in A.I. The reality that I have in mind and the reality that is evident in A.I both come across as being corresponding to one another in theory. Time and time again I have imagined a world where the human race has declined into turmoil, usually resulting from a predicament that interferes with our natural way of life. This predicament can vary seeing that there are many variables for a conflict. Conflicts can extend to: Mother Nature, famine, war and pollution. Therefore it is appropriate to think that one day the use of Artificial Intelligence will be commodiousness. In the movie the original purpose of the mecha was to boost and stabilize the economy and to also stabilize the human population since they didn't consume or use any natural resources. In my reality this is not only plausible but currently seems to be the direction in which we should head, it will not be long until we suffer our own impeding disaster of great consequence.
