Ethics Awareness Inventory
The Ethics Awareness Inventory (EAI) a self-scoring list of a series of questions that is used to assist individuals with developing a broader understanding of his or her ethical style. The inventory's Awareness section helps people to become more aware of the diversity of people by approaching the same circumstance in various ways. It is noted that Awareness is critical to our ability to Articulate or communicate understanding input more effectively. It also achieves the desired result in ethical decision making in regard to the Application of ethical morals via making good choices (The William Institute, 2012).
EAI (C) Character Analysis
It is noted that Character-Based perspectives are based on personal goodness. People who score highly on this perspective place the most value on individual integrity, honesty, wisdom, and benevolence and justice. They look for evidence that an individual is a good person and that goodness is evident in his or her character. The process of living out an individual's values is more important than the outcome of a decision (The William Institute, 2012).

My Ethical Perspective shows that I believe that ethics should focus on ways to help people achieve moral excellence. Uprightness and integrity are key factors in my assessment. In my opinion, mere compliance with rules, no matter how well-intentioned, does not make anyone an ethical person without being accompanied by consistent voluntary striving to be a morally good person (The William Institute, 2012).
My Ethical Style shows that I believe that ethics relies on a person's ability to make sound moral judgments. I believe that a person would be incapable of choosing between conflicting rules or standards of right or wrong without already possessing good character. My approach to ethics calls for developing practical wisdom
