I love myself. The main focus of the college of home economics is not just to excel in academics but also to live life through servitude. It encourages students to be the stewards of society, guiding Filipino families into a balanced lifestyle of work and character. The logo of the college of home economics is comprised of three different parts. The main or the heart of the symbol seems to be of a three-leaf clover. It is a known fact that a three-leaf clover means love. The bottom leaf has an open end because it means that the college of home economics caters to all types of students willing to learn. The clover at the top of the bottom leaf symbolizes the professors, the instructors, the staffs and everyone else assisting the bottom leaf (students). They have more experiences and are capable of imparting greater knowledge to students as it is why at the top. The top and bottom clover are overlapping each other because these two need collaboration for the proper input of knowledge on the students while still remembering that academics as not the ultimate measure of the success of mankind. The two clovers are inside a home. I think CHE chose a home because it is the place where everyone feels a sense of belonging. This is where dreams are made and families are unified. CHE values families the most as it the core of society and the faculties and students are considered as a one big family in a large home where dreams are cultivated and values are shaped. The circle enveloping the things inside it means that life goes around however one stays grounded and fixed and that is the family.
