Theme: "Love conquers all"
Love is the basis of our lives. It might even be the reason for our existence. It moves in mysterious ways as it conquers all.
To love and to know love is the single greatest gift we can experience. Despite our great discoveries in mathematics and science, love remains a mystery to us. Yet it is something that is so complex and powerful that it guides and rules our lives. Knowing true love is being in a state that is tantamount to bliss. It is as close to heaven as we are likely to get in this life. Without it, our lives are reduced to meaningless drudgery, misunderstanding and emptiness
"Amor vincit omnia"... Love conquers all, as the saying goes... A beautiful thing to believe... a nice idea to cling into especially to hopeless romantics... True enough that if we exhibit love in every endeavor that we make, it is if everything always fall into its place; it is as if we are capable of doing even the most impossible things because it is the love that we have that drives and motivates us to go on. It is the feeling that empowers us to move on.
These are the reasons why it is more advantageous to display love and not to exhibit hatred. You know, love and hate are one of the strongest opposites in our dichotomous thinking. A person in love loves everyone. This overwhelmingly positive feeling can change the world drastically. A person in hate becomes an enormous destructive force that drives us to an abyss of violence.
Now, may I ask you. Have you ever experienced the real light of love and the real darkness of hate?
Love may be more powerful than hate because love conquers all. As it was in the song, love can lead to hate, whereas hate never, even metaphorically, produces love. Love is more powerful because it gives birth to new positive challenges. Love changes a person, enriches the world, extends the horizons, enhances opportunities, brightens friendships, and deepens emotions. A person in love has a specific aura, a peculiar kind of energy that is given off, scattered in all directions, like the light of the myriads of stars, sliding through ages, celebrating with Romeo and Juliet, Florante and Laura, and a lot more.
