Background of the study

In this case study mainly attention about the one of the conflict happen in the RM lited.mainly this related to because of the poor employee relationship regarding to the company, as a responsible HR team they didn’t recognize the minor reason regarding to this incident and after that its blow like a bomb and they lost good and discipline worker.

 There three characteristic are playing major role and thorough the case study we are examine their behavior and the fault of the Hr.


Introduction of the company

Regions manufacturing LTD is a multinational company which produce high quality computer spare parts.in its cooperate life span of 30 plus years the company had gained a reputation for holding on its employees. Thus, a high sense of job security prevailed .throughout all those years the company had never laid off any employee even in time of great change and restructuring.

In the last two years, the downturn in the industry had resulted in the closure of many manufacturing plans in the USA and Europe as high production costs rendered the goods no longer competitive in the global market

A)  How would you assist suresh to improve the performance of his team and thereby ensure performance targets of machine number 1 are achieved?

  • Use proffer communication method between supervisors and subordinates.

People are engage with others and send the message between them use communication. Communication can motivated people and build up good relationship among the people,

But according to this incident Suresh hadn’t good skill to communicate their subordinate, he passed the message using notice board and he never talk his subordinate face to face, so he couldn’t understand them also subordinate couldn’t understand true identity of the Suresh,

Then the performance of each member is decreased and they failed support to the Suresh.

Therefore, to improve performance we have to increase their communication and relationship. Not using notice board Suresh can communicate their subordinate verbal, make the little meeting and talk them and identifying why they are failed to perform well, there any issues what are those issue. Then they can work together making their misunderstanding, having two way communication process they can perform well,

In addition, using one family concept there is no gap between people about their position and they can work together also they can avoid their fault, and its lead to increase the performance.

  • Proffer time and emotion study

When one unit are making its have right time and right emotion how to do it, its save time also cost and decrease the rejection rate of damage. However, in this machine number 1 the estimated production output of this machine is 150 units per day which can be produced by 15 employees and tolerance for reject less than 2%.the current output is 100 units per day which is produced by utilizing 25 employees. The reject level is 6%.

Analyzing the current performance rate and estimated time, there huge waste among the company employees performance .therefore introducing target method to make number of unit under the day and give the incentives people who are achieved target, then people motivated to do it,

Then we can get higher performance without reducing number of employees, because when we reduced the number of people, then others are not like to perform well. They feel they have load of work .therefore without reducing number we can increase performance using target method and motivated them using allowances and incentives.

  • Increase Job specification and job speciation

According to the case study RML company now faces various challenges in their internal environment, the one of the reason is double hating, its meaning one person have to do two works, then time is spent more also he or she feel they have to do more work and stress is higher, then people try to avoid the work then decrease the performance.so we can change this methoed,we have use one person to one job and then they can do it well, and they are speclizesed to do the job. Then they identify the new method to do its correct, then time can be save also performance increase.

  • Make the good relationship among the supervisors and subordinate.

People in this organization are dividing them as them and us culture. Then one party see we are supervisors our job is get job from the subordinate and the other party is see their supervisors are headech,therefore they don’t know each other and how they are behavior to overcome it we can do team activities to increase the relationship among the members. Because people can together, they can go to achieve one goal, when they are separate they failed to achieve it.Therefore, using internal and external activities increase the relationship among the Suresh and his subordinate, then we can increase the production.

  • Increase training and development

To understand their job they want to training to increase their skills.so giving them training session then subordinate of line 1 can do their work properly and its lead to the motivated. In addition, when analyzing the company case we can identify the internal re aliinghment, and then we have to give time to supervisors and workers to identify each other’s, in the training session we can use increase the relationship using team activities. In addition, the other main reason identifying Suresh behavior he is more work-oriented leader, so making development programmer we can increase his other inters personal communication etc. skill to build more advantages.

And the we can teach employees to working environment discipline and how those are conduct in the organization and punishment of the fault of breaking discipline as training session, then we can make disciplined and knowledgably worker, he can increase the performance.

B) What are the situations in which counseling technique can applied effectively?

Suresh become stress with more workload

Suresh is the line 1 supervisors and he have stressful mind to achieve their line performance with undisciplined coworkers, he every time become more stressful when dealing his subordinate because they are not well discipline also very poor performance.
