believe that there are many ways to describe my level of bodily health. First of all I believe that I weigh 119.4 pounds and that I have good cardiovascular condition. I also have muscles strong enough that when they are used altogether on top of an aluminum towel rack it will break very easily and the tone of those strength enhanced body parts are at a good rate. My flexibility however is not all that great even though I can do things that even my own mother can no longer do such as sit with my legs crossed. I have had 5 life saving open heart surgeries because I was born with a congenital heart defect and a cleft lip pallet. However I am currently in the process of having my reconstructive facial surgeries due to the fact that when my doctors over in New Orleans general hospital discovered my heart discrepancy they decided to take care of that first. This process is lowering my level of physical fitness due to the fact that my exercise program at Martial Arts World has been postponed until the next year. However this shall not stop me from regaining that former state of health. I plan on doing this by concentrating on nutritional needs and consuming the correct forms of nourishment for such a task. I shall try to consume more of the nutrient known by many nutritionists as carbohydrates. I shall also stay away from many fatty acids such as saturated fat and cholesterol. I shall also avoid salt as well. I would like to be able to jog 15 miles to reform my heart fine fettle. I shall also like to practice my tae kwon do with a weapon to improve my enjoyment of such an activity which in turn improves my mental health as well. I also have to be able to jog the amount of laps that the olympics athletes do in order to never tire out during
the tae kwon do laps. I also plan on doing other martial arts which is everything else from Aikido to yaw yawn. I will train myself as they do but trying to surpass there records at the same time. I shall start out with a fitness plan that goes something like this: Mondays are Tae kwon do, Tuesdays are Karate, Wednesdays are Aikido, Thursdays are Yaw yawn, Friday is the Keysi fighting method, Saturday is Jui jitsu, and Sundays are Sumo. It would be quite easy to create this plan since I have seen many places to do these types of fighting.
