1. Project Objectives
Web-based tool for recording sales activities with an objective to create a knowledge-base and assist the salesperson in managing their activities, planning for the sales processes and aiding them in follow-through of sales project. Concurrently, it will help the salesperson in analyzing their actual sales activities in different “sales platforms”.
Features of application:
a. Indication of summary of projects in pipeline.
b. Creating and saving customer with their important contact details.
c. Detailed case study of each customer with solutions.
d. Quotation creation and management.
e. Sales reporting.
f. Competitor management.
2. Project Description
1. Scope:
Entire one module, access will be given as per the permissions assigned to the particular user.
Form Details:
• Login page:
All the users will login from this page including �admin’. Once login, the user can access only those pages for which the permission is assigned to him by the admin.
• Homepage:
To indicate a summary of projects in pipeline, breakup of time spent on each platform, pending calendar activities, total project potential, weighted potential, etc. This page will different based on user access permission level.
• Accounts
• Master Opportunities types:
This page will be accessible for �admin’ to add/delete/modify the predefined opportunities types.
• Permission page:
This page will be accessible only for �admin’. From this page admin can select the user and assign the rights to that particular user.
• Calendar page:
Task Calendar page will be accessible to almost all the users. They can preplanned their task and get the reminder for same.
• Master Case type:
This page will be accessible for �admin’ to add/delete/modify the predefined opportunities types.
