Good Cover Letter

Dear Mr. unknown:

I have lived in a small community for the past 21 years of my life. There are very many promising qualities that this town has used to build its foundation. The people here are all hard workers. This has inspired me to also work very hard at the three jobs at which I am currently employed. I am also very determined to achieve my associate degree followed by my bachelor's degree in business management. Being a full-time student and working full time as well has helped me to achieve a greater sense of responsibility.

Throughout my college experience, I have tried to implement my persistent, hard-working attitude into any organization that I feel could benefit from me. This attitude gave me the strength to go to Huntingdon businesses and ask them for donations in order for me to get the Juniata College fishing club started. The following year, it was allotted a $900 budget. This "never say die" mentality I have also provided me the motivation to work toward finding a president for the Cambria County Area Community College since I sat as the student representative for the presidential search committee. This helped me achieve some recognition which has earned me a chance to represent the students in a meeting regarding forming a student life at the Community College.
