I am writing in regards to your posting for the position of Business Development Intern. My passion for marketing and management combined with my creativity and imagination make me a good fit for this program.

Currently, I am a MBA candidate at the University of California Riverside, and I will graduate in May of 2016. During this past summer, I interned at Wuhan HR proprietary company. I researched companies and industry data that was used to advise important clients in their investment decisions, and I reviewed the client information database to identify high potential investors. In addition, I compiled over 100 investor profiles and presented the data to my manager for follow up. The internship experience allowed me to further develop my database skill and management skills.

 I also served as the manager of the human resource department for Enactus at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. During that period, I recruited and trained over 20 members for our department, and organized recruiting for other departments. I managed the team’s performance assessment by incorporating a peer review and self-assessment component to reform the team performance appraisal system. The team leader role allowed me to further develop my leadership and time management skills. Under my leadership, along with everyone’s cooperation, the department turned out to be great achievement. My leadership skills and my ability to multitask will definitely contribute to Whalerock Industries to continued success.
