To whom it may concern:
I am interested in working with your company as an entry-level employee. I am a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia who majored in Business Management. Enclosed is a copy of my resume as the first step in exploring the possibilities of employment within your organization.
Currently I work for Prudential Carruthers Realtors as an office administrator. I help to plan, organize and support the Branch Manager, realtors and the company business activities. Previously, I worked for an independent research company, National Research, LLC. I surveyed the people of the nation on a variety of issues, ranging from politics to economic issues. I had previously worked for a small business, B&L Water Company. I performed the standard office duties; filing, faxing, mailing, copying, answering phones, etc. I also worked in the field of retail at Champs Sports. My duties included cashiering, selling and stocking shoes. I primarily obtained my experience in office work when I worked for the District of Columbia Housing Authorities as an office intern. Duties included were organizing, filing, and documenting previous and current documents; assisting the community with needed information pertaining to there inquiries, answering phones, and other activities.
As an employee within your company, I would bring dedication, promptness, organization and consistency providing the best service I can offer. I work well with others; I learn at a rapid pace and follow guidelines as needed.
I appreciate you considering my resume for review. I look forward to hearing from you soon in regards to my resume and becoming a potential candidate within your firm. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Jeanna Williams
